Simple & Free Credit Repair You Can Do Right Now!

By Mark Alison

Regardless of your record or history, there are a number of quick & easy steps you can take towards credit repair. It's never too late, and costs nothing, yet the results can be huge!

You can begin by ordering a copy of your credit reports, going through them, and understanding them. There are three different credit reporting bureaus, and each one may have slightly different information.

The law entitles consumers to a free copy of the credit report, one from each of the three agencies: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. You are able to get one from each bureau every year.

The FTC, or Federal Trade Commission has a website set up specifically for this: annualcreditreport.com. This is the "official" site for these free reports - be wary of any other offers for "free" credit reports, as they won't actually be free.

You can begin your credit repair efforts once you have your reports in hand. You will want to go through them carefully, line by line.

Along with the report, you will get a "dispute" form - or an address where you can get it. This is where your initial credit repair efforts will focus.

For every entry that is incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated, you will be filing a dispute. Provide the correct information, or why it is incorrect, such as a debt that has been paid but not removed.

By federal law, the credit reporting bureaus have up to 30 days to verify each dispute. If they don't do so, or don't do it within the 30 days, they must remove those entries from your credit report.

By taking this simple step, you will find some of those negative entries will come off your credit report, and as such no longer contribute to a low credit score. In some cases, this can boost your score by hundreds of points!

Getting Deals On Laptop PCs That You Cannot Pass Up

By Chris Channing

How much do you want to spend on your notebook or laptop? You can be impulsive and purchase a laptop at regular price but others like to wait until the time is right. This can help to save a ton of money on electronics such as laptop pc's. This is even greater when you wait for the fall and winter holiday seasons.

Dell laptops are some of the most looked after computers. Many dealers carry Dells just to find them disappear as soon as they go on sale. Many stores go out of stock before they go on sale because they are so popular with today's youth and busy business individuals.

Finding various deals can make it cheaper for you especially if you are used to spending a lot on electronics. This can save you loads of money towards something else you might really want in the future. This can get you accessories to use towards your computer, maybe even a printer that you can print your photos.

Many companies offer incentive programs that act as rewards. You can get the best deals with these cards or memberships that allow you to receive even monetary rewards for just shopping like you normally do. You can get many gift cards and coupons that help you save towards any electronics you may want, even laptop computers.

Looking around on auction websites can yield many different findings. If you are quick enough, you can get deals on laptops that may sound surreal. Laptop computing at low cost always equals a great deal. You may find yourself in a bid war, so never spend more than you would at the store for a laptop pc on an auction site. Make sure to take shipping costs into consideration.

You can get some of the best deals around by waiting until the holiday seasons. Right at the end of fall, black Friday is one of the most anticipated days as almost everything you could want in a retailer store is reduced in price to near clearance prices. This is to get people to buy for the following Christmas rush and make room for other stock.
